Robin’s fast-track program offers one-on-one assistance to give a you a standout resume, attention getting cover letter PLUS Interview coaching that includes  salary negotiations Robin will have you meeting employers quickly and be ready to charm them with effective answers and strong persuasive skills to see that you are the person to hire. It is ideal for anyone who knows the exact job title and position they seek, and has experience in the field. (It is not for career changers or anyone who needs more career exploration to determine the job they want to pursue, or who wants more one-on-one support, coaching and direction throughout the duration of the job search process.)

Robin’s Job Search Jump Start Program offers two comprehensive sessions :

1. One hour of job search with Robin

2. Resume and Cover Letter creation

3. Interview Coaching including Salary Negotiations

• One Resume development and cover letter creation session (targeted to a specific job) approximately three hours long on the telephone.
• One interview preparation session including salary negotiations training that covers customizing your answers to interview questions; role-playing; strategy and Robin sharing hiring insights. Session is available In-person ( Seattle Suburb) or on telephone). Session length is approximately two hours.

What to expect:

The jump start program must be completed within 60 days of the first session.

1. You’ll have an extensive appointment with Robin lasting about three hours via phone to create a new resume and cover letter that highlights your most appealing accomplishments, experience and skills to capture – and keep—employers’ attention.  She’ll then write a targeted and customized cover letter for a current job opening you plan to apply for. You will receive your new resume and cover letter a few hours after you complete your phone consultation with Robin.

2. During your Interview Preparation option, Robin will prepare you to face any interviewer so you can excel and do your very best. She’ll role-play and craft answers for you to use making it easier to answer even the toughest of questions. She’ll offer her hiring insights and strategies, build your confidence, and advise you on mistakes to avoid. She’ll cover salary negotiations and how to handle those questions and issues so you obtain the highest salary possible from that employer. Robin will make recommendations on specific techniques that are highly effective in impressing employers. She’ll cover non-verbal communication and offer her expertise to enhance your personal presentation, including what to wear to insure you leave the interview having done your best to show the employer you are the candidate to hire.
