Selected as "one of America's Top Chiropractors for 2006", Dr. Steven Ryan has been helping patients in the Fairwood
area of Renton for over 20 years. Dr. Ryan and his caring staff offers
personalized chiropractic care for victims of automobile accidents, job-related
or sports injuries as well as from headache, low back, neck or shoulder pain.
Dr. Ryan is a certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.
The National Football League Players' Association named Dr.
Ryan the official NFL Chiropractor in the Seattle area, and he's been serving in that role since 1990.
Dr. Ryan is a certified Rehabilitation Doctor, and a Chiropractic Consultant
and Examiner for the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. Dr. Ryan
completed four years of additional post-graduate training in Clinical
Orthopedics from National College of Chiropractic. He was selected to be aparticipating doctor at Valley Medical Center and the
State Labor and Industry’s Occupational Medical Program.
Dr. Ryan is one of the few chiropractors
trained to instruct other Chiropractors and healthcare specialists
in the new the Graston Technique, developed to
treat world-class athletes, for the treatment of acute and chronic
soft tissue injuries. This innovative, patented form of instrument-assisted
soft tissue mobilization that enables Dr. Ryan to effectively treat
areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Boston,
Dr. Ryan holds a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Cleveland Chiropractic
College in Kansas City, where also graduated with top honors.
Married to Robin Ryan, his family lives in Newcastle
with their son, Jack
